How long does shipping take?
We usually process your order within 1–3 business days. The total delivery time is usually around 10–14 business days, depending on the manufacturer, shipping company, and your location.
In order to offer you special designs at fair prices, many products are sent to you directly from our manufacturers worldwide. Standard shipping to Switzerland is free of charge for you.


What if I don't like the product?
If you don't like a product, you can return it within 14 days under our return policy and we will refund the purchase price in accordance with our guidelines.

Does Swiss Bar Shop cover any customs fees?

As a rule, there are no additional costs for deliveries to Switzerland using our standard shipping method. However, we cannot rule out the possibility of customs or import duties being levied in individual cases.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees in full for all orders. However, we support you with fair product prices and free standard shipping to Switzerland. If additional costs arise, please contact us immediately so that we can review the case and discuss a solution together.
