Shipping Terms Swiss Bar Shop 

Free shipping: Because your satisfaction is important to us, we offer free shipping on all orders to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein as standard. There is no minimum order value.

Delivery times & logistics: We do not store our products in Switzerland, but source them directly from specialized manufacturers worldwide. This is the only way we can offer you this exclusive range of special glasses and tools.

  • Delivery time: The delivery time is usually 10–14 business days.
  • Deviations: In exceptional cases or when order volumes are high, delivery times may be slightly longer. The delivery times stated in the order confirmation are therefore approximate.

Partial deliveries: As we work with different manufacturers, in some cases an order containing several items may arrive in separate packages. Of course, this will not incur any additional costs for you.

Customs & fees: We take care of the logistics of importing the goods. You will not usually incur any customs fees – the price in the shop is the final price. If, contrary to expectations, additional costs are incurred during delivery, please contact us so that we can find a solution.

Delivery & Acceptance: Please ensure that the delivery address is correct. If the delivery cannot be made (e.g., incorrect address) or if the customer refuses to accept it, Swiss Bar Shop reserves the right to terminate the contract and charge the costs incurred for shipping and handling.

Inspection & Defects: Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt for completeness and integrity. If anything is damaged or missing, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours) in writing by email or contact form.

Returns: Would you like to return something? No problem. Please do not return the goods without prior notification. To ensure smooth processing, we ask you to contact us in advance by email. You can find all the details about the procedure and the return address in our right of withdrawal.
